RECOVERY, ADDICTION and FAMILY SUPPORT workshops

Addiction is an illness of the mind, body and spirit creating a sad disconnect from humanity. Addiction and morality are all mixed up in a cycle that will insidiously kill inner self leading to physical death when not treated.

In these workshops Lisa will share her own experience and passion to change the stigma that limits addicts from seeking help and the healing of recovery.

Are you supporting an addict in recovery and need some understanding to help them the best way you can?

LOVING AN ADDICT: Am I Codepenent?

The disease of addiction has a profound effect on family and friends. Before crossing the line to hard drug use, Lisa describes herself as being caught in a cycle of codepenence. Take this opportunity to share in an addicts perspective of a disease that is often mistakenly seen as a deficiency in morals and will.

Addiction is a progressive disease that steals self worth through its power. When an addict surrenders to help, the process of recovery begins. When there is a deeper understanding of this more addicts will become open to help.
